Do I have to choose a winner at the end of a project?

You are by no means obligated to choose a winner. This decision should be made public to the designers by using the comment function though.

Can I add additional files (pictures, documents) to my design competition after posting it?

Yes, this can be done by logging in to your account and clicking on the function “Add Files” on the homepage. 

Can I change my briefing after posting it?

Yes, you can. Briefings can be changed and additional details can be added to the briefing. You have to go to your Account, where you got the project option "Briefing editing".

How do I increase the prize money if I have already provided the prize money in advance?

You can make a further payment to designonclick.com. To do so click on the button “Increase Prize Money” and enter the new amount you would like to offer. 

Can I change my Pro-Project to a Standard Project?

No, this is not possible.

I started my project, and it is not showing up in the project list - why?

We sort the projects after the expiration date of the project. It could also be that your project is featured in the middle of the list. You can make your project more visible by choosing the “highlight” option from the project list.

How do I increase the prize money in a project that is not pre-paid?

An increase in prize money is sometimes crucial to increasing interest in your project! To raise your prize money click on the button “Increase Prize Money” and enter the new amount.
