Description

Requested is an icon design for a bunch of iOS questionaire app's.

The questionaire apps are related to pilot training/exam. The difference between the apps are just the used question banks.

The apps display multiple choice questionaires. The user can click on one of the answers which will be displayed red (if wrong answered) or green (if correct answered). Please see the attached screenshots.
